Cetinje said NO to clerical fascism and YES to European Montenegro
On September 12, 2021, at 5 pm, a civil protest began on Dvorski trg in Cetinje, which aims, as it was said, to decisively say NO to further fascism and clericalization of Montenegrin society.

Belvedere did not fall
During today’s protest in Cetinje, the citizens called on the Prime Minister Zdravko Krivokapić and the Deputy Prime Minister Dritan Abazović to resign and accept responsibility for repression and unprecedented violence against their citizens.
The proclamation with the demands was read by Svetlana Pajović, on Adžić curve, where there was a barricade towards Budva last weekend.

We bring you the proclamation in its entirety.
We, the citizens gathered of our own free will, gathered today at the Belvedere, the symbol of undefeated civil Montenegro, to express that we will not agree to further humiliation, disenfranchisement, persecution, brutal repression and violation of the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of Montenegro.
Defending the dignity of our country and not allowing the domination of the Serbian world over the symbol of Montenegrin state freedom, we were exposed with our bare hands to hundreds of tear gas, shock bombs, batons and rubber bullets.
In front of the international community, in front of the diplomats of NATO and EU countries, hundreds of police officers shot at old men, women and children, young men and women who responded to the demonstration of force and domination of Serbian and Russian politics over Montenegro and its capital.
The current government let a crowd of armed criminals and members of paramilitary units into the Cetinje monastery, and sent excavators to the citizens’ barricades to deal ruthlessly with those who were on the defense of Montenegrin freedom.
Thanks to the sobriety of the citizens and the readiness to preserve the citizen of Montenegro to the end, the hellish plan of the current government to portray us, supporters of civil, secular, anti-fascist and multicultural Montenegro, as extremists, terrorists and nationalists was avoided.
On September 5, the current government showed that the Government of Montenegro is governed by Serbia and its church through Prime Minister Krivokapić and Deputy Prime Minister Abazović, who did not shy away from bloodshed to prove obedience to Aleksandar Vučić.

Therefore, we invite:
1. Prime Minister Krivokapić and Deputy Prime Minister Abazović to resign and accept responsibility for repression and unprecedented violence against their citizens.
2. Representatives of the security sector to resign due to the misuse of police and military resources against their citizens, in favor of the church organization of another state.
3. The leadership of RTCG to resign because it knowingly misinformed about the alleged attacks of citizens on the police with firearms, and thus intimidated the public.
4. Officials of the Cetinje Hour, whose party president approved a brutal showdown with their fellow citizens, trampled on all the principles of the original sovereignist and civic party and put the party and the state in the service of the great state policy of Serbia and the Church of Serbia – to resign and show their boss Abazovic conducts.
5. The international community to impartially and clearly engage in the defense of civil rights of all citizens of this country who do not accept the radical and chauvinistic ideology of the Serbian world, and put pressure on the current government that leads this country from Europe to the underworld of Vučić’s Serbian world.
We calmly and civilly pointed out the problems of this society, the political revanchism of the authorities, the disenfranchisement. Our messages were clearly heard on September 5, as they are today. And we will not stop until we make Montenegro a country ruled by peace, democracy, tolerance and coexistence.
We invite all organizations and individuals of civic profile in Montenegro to support this Proclamation, so that each individual, through concrete activities, will ensure that today’s announced requirements are met to the end!

A little Montenegrin humor
The gathered citizens ironically commented stigmatization by the heads of state bodies, propaganda of the regime media and Public Montenegrin Broadcaster, when false information about the number of citizens gathered during previous rallies was published (when the initial estimate of 12,000 gathered fell to a paltry 3-4 thousand) , but also in connection with the false flag events at Belvedere that served to justify the attack on the citizens of Cetinje, their property and real estate!

Albanians are with Montenegro
Mehmet Zenka, as a representative of the Albanian minority party DUA, also addressed the gathered citizens
Mehmed Zenka (DUA Albanian minority party):

Nikolaidis: the regime punishes the Montenegrin CHIVALRY!
In Zdravko’s Montenegro, chivalry is punished. There has never been such a Montenegro, nor will there ever be !, Andrej Nikolaidis pointed out.
Nikolaidis reminded that the pilots who refused to transport Ioannicius and Porphyry were suspended.
“It is our duty that if we form a fund in the morning, not help but gratitude! We must not allow the families of these people to be punished for the courage and humanity of their fathers! “Of course, the Belgrade-Podgorica factory of lies is trying to fight lies. Why? Because, in Zdravko’s Montenegro, heroism is slandered, heroism is threatened, there was no such Montenegro, nor will there ever be again,” Nikolaidis said.
Justice and truth do not reside in the ethnic but in the ethical community – in morality, he adds.

“Let’s greet our Serbian comrades-in-arms: Dragan Bursac, Zarko Korac, Sonja Biserko, Tomislav Markovic, Nenad Canak…. Their courage obliges us twice, if we became unworthy of their support, ours would be only shame and disgrace. But that will never happen. ! ”says Nikolaidis.
He also reminded of the video published on RTCG, in which “evidence” was allegedly heard that citizens shot at the police.
“Please warm greetings to RTCG, which lied about the shooting at the police …. Let’s say hello to Gojko Perović, we saw him jumping for joy with a television recording, that he managed to land on the city and received him with open arms. Let’s say hello. and the DPS, all this that is happening to us – without them and their flattery to Amfilohije, it would not be possible, “Nikolidis added.
He also said that if the helicopter landing on Rumija was prevented, there would be no landing on Cetinje.
Montenegrin women cannot light a candle in the Cetinje monastery, shameful scenes
Is this the “reconciliation” that Serbian priests are talking about? Reconciliation that Montenegrins do not exist as a nation and that they are not allowed to light a candle for the living or the dead ?? Unrealistic images and an unprecedented example in Europe!

Pathetic behavior of law enforcement agencies?
Readers complain: Shameful pictures of the police writing down the license plates legitimize the passengers towards Cetinje. However, that did not stop the citizens from gathering around their flag!
Even to these pathetic actions, the citizens joked that some police officers had become the Statistic Office’s “enumerators”.
